Welcome to Salvation's Hope
Who We Are
At Salvation’s hope, our mission is simple: to love God, love our neighbors, and share the truth of Jesus Christ with everyone in the greater Jacksonville community. Whether you are a lifelong believer, a curious seeker, or new to the faith, you have a place here.
Who We Are
We are two broken vessels (Crack Pots) that have been saved by God’s Grace and Christ Jesus atoning death on the Cross. We know that church isn’t just a building you visit on Sundays, it is a connected body of born again believers. In the heart of greater Jacksonville, we endeavor to be a beacon of light and hope. Our mission is to uplift all those around us living in fear, shame, pain, and anguish. We strive to foster community connections and we try to inspire positive change. Through compassion, service, and a commitment to understanding, we aim to illuminate lives, offering support to those in need and creating a brighter future for all. Together, we can shine even brighter.
Our Core Values
Our Christian ministry and daily lives are guided by three foundational pillars:
1. Faith – Trusting in God’s promises and seeking His will in every decision.
2. Service – Loving and serving others, reflecting Christ’s compassion, love and humility.
3. Community – Building stronger relationships within the body of Christ, supporting one another in spiritual growth, outreach and helping to provide physical needs.
Our Beliefs
We are a Bible-believing, Christ-centered ministry. We believe the Bible is God’s inerrant, infallible, reliable Word, and the only final authority for faith and life. We believe God is Trinity, an eternal, loving unity of three divine Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus is the Son of God, who died and rose back to life to offer salvation and new life to all who believe. Salvation is merited only by Jesus’ perfect obedience and substitutionary atonement. Salvation is entirely God’s gift, not our achievement, and is received by faith in Christ, not works. The Holy Spirit gives new birth, unites us to Christ, assures us of His love, leads us in His truth, forms us in His character, equips us with His gifts, and empowers us to be His ambassadors. The church is the one true body of God’s people throughout all generations and from all nations.
